164.354 - CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 2ND DEG

Girlfriend is Sarah Burnett, a registered sex offender who lives in the feral compound at Shinglehouse road and Southwest Blvd. with her level 3 sex offender dad, Gary McLain.

Reports of someone throwing something through the front window of the Gold Coast Security building on Southwest Blvd. in Coos Bay. Police arrive on scene and identify Damien Arellanes as the suspect from security footage. Police also identify the object used was a scull shaped solar light. CBPD finds Damien in front of Farr’s and Damien runs half of a block, into the Burger King parking lot and is too out of shape to continue. When officers try to detain Damien, he tries to resist, but again, is too weak and out of shape to succeed. Damien is arrested and charged with second degree criminal mischief

164.215 - BURGLARY 2ND DEG

At 9:30PM, reports of a naked man in Coalbank Slough yelling and calling out for help. A deputy arrives on scene to find Damien Arelianes swimming to a patch of land in the middle of the slough while he is talking a bunch of trash. He climbs onto land, throws his clothes into tue slough and jumps into the slough from the other side of the land. Then he swims to the dike and eventually climbs out when he recognizes the deputy. CBPD and OSP also arrive on scene as the deputy walks with Damien back to the patrol car. After about 10 minutes of Damien showing off his leg that a police K-9 bit up and reminiscing about earlier, when police were out with him when he put his hatchet into a pole near Taco Bell, everyone on scene left. Damien promised he would not go back into the slough and he would walk to empire. Even though he was only wearing boxer briefs. (He jumped back into the slough less than 5 minutes after officers left)
