Reports of a man holding a gun to his head in old town Bandon. Brian has a long history of being a felon in possession of a weapon. Deputy arrives on scene and asks for additional resources and less lethal options. During the first minutes of the standoff, Brian fires a shot into the air. Numerous times Brian threatened to shoot vehicles driving by during the standoff. After about a hour, police take Brian into custody. All officers on scene were extremely patient and professional. Brian Adam Gulseth was taken into custody for: Felon in Possession of a Weapon, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and Menacing.
