Reports of a man spitting on Dutch brothers customers. When confronted by the manager, he pulls a box knife. The man then walks into McKays and refuses to leave when employees try to get him to leave. Police arrive on scene and detain Ryan Daniel. The suspect wouldn’t give his name, but police remembered getting a call at harmony Methodist church a few days ago with the same subject. Ryan had already been trespassed from Dutch bros on 11/17/24. He is charged with menacing, disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon. The officer transporting Ryan stops at city hall because Ryan threatens to fight the officer as soon as he gets to the jail.
