James Box called the police claiming he was attacked by a man with a white beard who had an axe and said James had stolen his chainsaw. CBPD detained David Walter who did not have any weapons but admitted to hitting him twice with his fists. Box was transported to the hospital. Walter was charged with Assault and Unlawful use of a Weapon, and transported to CCJ.
