NBPD log for March 19, 3:16 p.m., 1611 Virginia Ave., Pony Village Mall, 76-year old Samuel Andrew Smith charged with Criminal Trespass II, but was cited in lieu of custody and released. Then a few hours later (at 7:14 PM) at the same location, Smith was charged with Criminal Trespass II, but was cited in lieu of custody and released again.
