Reports of a silver Subaru stolen from the Empire 7-11. Police start looking for the vehicle from all different areas. About 10 minutes later, a citizen calls in and reports the same vehicle is driving recklessly on south Barview. A trooper was only blocks away. When the trooper pulls the Subaru over, he finds out 15 years old old Justin Grey is who stole the vehicle and is behind the wheel. This feral has decided he is going to be the biggest strain in society that he can possibly be and has started early. Parents are proud, but that is because they are almost as feral.
