Reports of a woman starting a fire in the brush. The reporting person says she can see flames. The fire department arrives on scene and tells dispatch to have police hurry to get to the scene because the woman is extremely combative and has almost been hit by a car numerous times. About the stand time, multiple people call in on 911 stating that they almost hit her when they drove by. Police arrive and identify the woman as Brandy Moore. Police arrest Brandy on disorderly conduct 2 and reckless burning. While in the back of the police car, she begins kicking the partition and back windows.

Reports of a woman knocking on doors and then walking inside the homes. Police arrive on scene and find brandy moore. They confiscate a mixed drink she is walking around with and trespass her from one of the locations. She is free to continue entering as many homes as she wishes tonight.
