Reports of a subject running around in a bikini and peeing in public, along side south empire Blvd. in view of all who drive by. Pedestrians, watch where you step. The suspect refuses to identify herself at first but eventually tells the officer her name. Martha Busby is extremely intoxicated and yelling in the back seat of the patrol vehicle.
