Dispatch stated that someone was building a tree house with pallets on city property behind Cranberry Sweets in Empire, and that they were actually nailing the pallets into the tree to build a treehouse. CBPD #115 arrived and identified the suspect as Brandon Birman. Dispatch relayed that Birman was 12-24 (wanted) out of Lane County for Theft, but the warrant was "non-serviceable" in other counties. CBPD #115 told him to clean up his mess or he would be cited for Offensive Littering. I bet he'll never do that again. ***A quick search shows Birman has prior felonies for assault, burglary, and stolen vehicle in Coos County, mostly from a year long crime spree in 2015-2016.
