Reports of a woman being attacked in an illegal camp off of south empire Blvd. near American market. Police arrive on scene and search multiple illegal campsites looking for the suspect. Harold is finally located on Garfield near south Morrison. After interviewing the victim, police have probable cause to charge Harold with assault 4 domestic. The call to police had the victim saying she was hit in the chest and kicked.
