Reports of Kayla pulling her pants down repeatedly. Police arrive on scene and give her multiple commands to leave the property and she refuses. Police arrest her for trespass. Dispatch calls the jail and the jail requires a medically cleared by the hospital before they take her to the jail because Kayla is pregnant.

Report of Kayla Waletich possibly tipping over a trash can at the park and throwing it everywhere. Found her behind Star of Hope but no trash can tipped over. Officer found belongings and a copy of a citation in the park belonging to Steven Patrick Miller who is currently in CCJ. Waletich is in violation of a previous trespass from Star of Hope. They originally declined to press charges but changed their mind after being told by CBPD the trespass would be nullified if they did. Waletich was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass 2 and transported to CCJ.
