Reports of a man with a knife come from a 911 call. Police arrive on scene and figure out that O’Dell took the apartment manager’s ladder and was attempting to access the roof. His post prison release provisions include no intoxicating substances and no weapons. Police find marijuana, a meth pipe, whiskey and, of course, the knife. I believe that is considered the very rare “feral sweep”. Violating all parole conditions at the same time.
