Creeper and stalker currently terrorizing his ex-girlfriend and the Marshfield neighborhood
A creeper identified as Steven Wilson was reported peeping through a young girl's window late at night. He was arrested but "too drunk for jail" so he was released. Hours later he trespassed onto his ex-girlfriend's property (climbing over a fence) and was arrested again, but this time taken to CCJ.

Reports of a woman calling 911, stating that her ex broke into her house. As police arrive on scene, the caller states that Steven Wilson is putting his hands on her. CBPD quickly detain Steven. CBPD charge Steven with domestic harassment and take him to jail.
