Report of Jerry threatening someone at the empire boat ramp, then a report of him threatening a home owner on south wall multiple times and knocking on their door. Then he went south on empire blvd, hitting the trees the city planted a few years ago with a wooden club and breaking off most of their branches. He ended up at 568 south wall, a family members house, calmly talking about how the police had been mistreating him. PD shows up while he is at that address and do nothing because he was calm.

Report of a man harassing people and swinging a rope at people at the boat ramp. CBPD identified suspect as Jerry Loreman who has a warrant for Failure to Appear on his charges from last months incident at the same boat ramp. CBPD claims he would not meet "jail criteria" because he was extremely high on Meth. They also found a significant amount of Meth on him at the scene. Loreman was driven to the police station in Coos Bay, cited in lieu of custody, and released back into the wild. I bet he'll never do that again.
