CCSO: On November 25th, 2024, at approximately 215pm, Deputies Z. Smith and C. Sattler contacted Ernest Moye (48) regarding a possible stolen vehicle. While in contact with Ernest, North Coos Police Dispatch advised that there was Probable Cause to arrest Ernest for failing to register as a sex offender. Ernest was placed under arrest and transported to the Coos County Jail, where he was booked and released.
