Loss prevention reported that a man left with cart full of merchandise. David Kenneth Edgerton arrested for Theft II & Felon in Possession Restricted Weapon, and transported to CCJ to be booked & released back into the wild.

On March 6, 2020, at about 1911 hours, a Sergeant from the Coos County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Red Dyke Road and Hobby Lane in Coos Bay, Coos County, Oregon. The Coos County Dispatch Center had received a report that 33 year old David Edgerton was at a residence near the location. Edgerton was identified as being on the March 2020 detainables list issued monthly by Coos County Community Corrections:
