Assault at McKays - Bum attacked 63 yr old man, shoved him to the ground and was punching him and stomping him. Suspect fled on black electric bike with fat tires. Victim transported to BAH. Suspect identified and arrested later same day. Manuel Robert O’Rourke charged with Assault IV & Disorderly Conduct II, “transported to Coos County Jail" Cite & release for violent assault, shame on Coos County.
