Reports of a subject exposing his tiny baby penis to people in parked cars. Police arrive and detain the suspect. Later, they transport the suspect to jail, charging him with 1 count of indecent exposure. Other witnesses claim they spoke with some bystanders who were waiting for police to release the suspect so they could show the suspect what happens to scum like him.
