Reports of a man throwing bricks through multiple business windows from Ticor Title to 101. He ends up fighting with citizens detaining him as police arrive on scene and identify him as 49-year old Chad Alan Linder. After being evaluated by Bay Area Hospital, he was released. Police show up and arrest him for 4 counts of Criminal Mischief and one count Disorderly Conduct. Linder was cited in lieu of custody and released back into the wild.
