34-year old Raymond Lee Cheser III arrested on two CCSO warrants charging FTA on UUMV & FTA on Contempt of Court; also, Klamath Co. warrant charging FTA on DUII & Reckless Driving. Cheser was transported to CCJ, booked & released back into the wild.
