Reports of a stolen pickup found at the south sider motel. When confronted, the suspect breaks the drivers side window, takes something from inside the truck and runs into room 3. Police arrive and begin verbal commands while the suspect and a female companion (mostly naked) bail out a back window and run to coalbank village. Then they go to Les’ sanitation and hide until deputies and K-9 Poe locate the male hiding. Deputies take the suspect into custody. Police search the suspect and find an ignition punch and a bunch of fuel keys. The female is still at large. Unknown if she is still considered a suspect. The male gave false info multiple times to the officer.
