Englewood market calls police because a man came into the store so drunk that he stumbled and fell. They also reported that he was driving a 1991 silver Toyota pickup with plate XFM287. PD shows up, finds the man standing on the dike and warns him not to drive. The driver says he will leave the truck parked and call a cab. A concerned citizen parks beside the suspect vehicle and waits for him to leave. Once the vehicle drives out of the parking lot, the citizen follows him and calls CBPD. About 10 minutes later, police pull the vehicle over heading north on 7th street at Elrod and perform DUI tests. Then he was arrested for his 3rd DUI. Blood alcohol 3 hours after arrest was .16 Suspect was cited and released. PD called for a cab that took him to his home at 1367 Bayview.
