•••Coos County Woman Arrested for Domestic Assault••• On November 13th, 2023, around 7:46 am, Coos County Dispatch received a 911 call reporting that Letitia Lovell (47) had choked, bit, and hit the victim at a residence on W. Dove Ln in North Bend. Deputy K. Mong promptly responded. During his investigation, Deputy Mong learned that this incident was the result of an ongoing dispute throughout the morning which ultimately resulted in the victim being bit twice, choked, and hit which caused visible injury. Letitia was no longer at the residence as she had left for work after committing the Assault. Deputies Mong and Z. Smith responded to Letitia’s place of employment in North Bend. Ultimately, Letitia was placed under arrest and transported to the Coos County Jail for the crimes of Assault in the 4th Degree-Domestic Violence and Felony Strangulation-Domestic Violence. Letitia is being held in custody without bail, pending her initial court appearance.
