CBPD responded to a report of a suspicious subject. 31-year old Houston David Wilson charged with PCS Fentanyl & Unlawful Possession of Inhalants, but was cited in lieu of custody. 46-year old Celeste Michell Pike arrested on Parole Board warrant for Burglary, additional charge of PCS Fentanyl, and was transported to CCJ just to be booked & released.
