Revoked DL out of Washington.

Reports of a deputy trying to pull over a black 2005 BMW 525 heading north on 101 just south of coos bay. The driver does not pull over and starts to try to elude the deputy. They head up coos river highway, then turn onto catching slough. CBPD joins the pursuit. The pursuit ends a few miles down the road, after the driver almost loses control of his vehicle. Dispatch finds his file and sees that he has a revoked drivers license out of Washington and a warrant out of Washington that is extraditable. The BMW ends up being registered to a woman off of lampa lane. From CCSO: After finally stopping, Graham was taken into custody and revealed he fled because he knew he had a warrant. Signs of impairment were evident, including the smell of alcohol and unsteady balance. He consented to field sobriety tests, which confirmed significant impairment. Graham is facing serious charges, including Felony Elude, Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants, Reckless Driving, and other traffic violations. Due to jail overcrowding, he was booked and processed at the Coos County Jail before being released.
