Officers responded to the area between Pro Diesel and the Coos Bay DMV for a report of a male and female in a physical altercation. The male was reportedly seen pulling the females hair. Officers did not see any altercation but spoke to Shanor Allen and Taryn Guerra near Coal Bank Village. Officer believes they were the ones involved in the altercation. Both denied anything happened and Officer could find no injuries to either.
