Reports of two subjects and a dog inside the SWOYA building. Police see the suspects inside the building and positively ID them as Natasha Lynn Cummings and Thomas Jeffrey Phillips, Jr. and a black dog because of a burglary last night. They fled out the door and police locate the suspects in the illegal camp on school board property behind Walmart. Natasha has 3 felony failure to appear warrants. Police find a firearm in Natasha’s possessions also. Thomas Jeffrey Phillips Jr. charged with Burglary II, Theft III & Conspiracy. Natasha Lynn Cummings arrested on three CBPD warrants charging FTA on Criminal Trespass I, Theft III & Felon in Possession of Restricted Weapon. Also, FTA on Giving False Information to a Peace Officer in Connection with a Citation/Warrant; and, FTA on Failure to Appear on a Criminal Citation.
