38-year old Benjamin James Macias arrested on CBPD warrant charging FTA on Theft 3rd Degree; CCSO warrant for FTA on Reckless Driving. Macias was booked at CCJ and released so he can FTA again on his FTA charge for FTAing. Robert Christopher Harris was also arrested on NBPD warrant charging FTA on Theft 3rd Degree and transported to CCJ, booked, & released so he can FTA again.
