Report of an unresponsive female in the porta potty that is located next to the east wall of the devereaux center building. Narcan deployed to bring her back from the dead. She refuses additional medical treatment and refuses to go to the hospital. She is alive and able to waste community resources and tax dollars again, thanks to the devereaux center giving this feral a place on private property to overdose, out of the reach of police jurisdiction. Everything and anything is allowed in the devereaux center parking lot after business hours and the ferals take advantage of that fact every night. The only question that remains is did she perform sexual favors in that porta potty in order to obtain those drugs?
