Reports of Andrew strome calling CBPD multiple times to complain about being legally pulled over earlier in the day. He continues to curse and threaten to harm the officer that pulled him over. Incapable of even the slightest amount of self control. Pure acts of entitlement the inability to understand that actions have consequences. The FAFO effect.

Andrew Strome threatened violence at a city council meeting, and then showed up and verbally attacked the Coos County Sheriff outside the meeting. He followed the Sheriff and his wife and teenage daughter down the street while screaming insults and profanities in their faces. Towards the end of the tirade he yelled "fuck you and fuck your daughter" to the Sheriff and his family. Strome was also recording the altercation on his phone the whole time. The Sheriff remained professional and composed throughout the incident.
