Suspect is spotted riding a motorcycle, then is arrested for driving with a revoked license. The license was revoked because of habitual driving while suspended. While the suspect was in the back seat of the police car, he tells the officer the next time the police contact him there will be an officer involved shooting. Another pathetic criminal making empty threats.
