Two homeless behind Walmart start a physical fight with police behind Walmart. Nathanial Joseph Overbey arrested for Theft II, Criminal Trespass I, Criminal Trespass II & Douglas Co. SO warrant for FTA on Failure to Carry to Present License. And Terese Nicol Wise arrested for Criminal Trespass II. Both were transported to CCJ.

Recovered stolen vehicle/elude from traffic stop. 31-year old Anthony Cyriel Viscioni arrested on Curry Co. warrant charging Theft II, and 49-year old Nathanial Joseph Overbey arrested on Douglas Co. warrant charging FTA on Failure to Carry & Present License. Both were transported to CCJ to be booked and released back into the wild.

McKays reported a man was in the store stealing raw meat by stuffing it in his jacket and pants. CBPD detained Nathan Overbey and was cited & released for theft, and trespassed from all McKays properties.

According to an entry on the CBPD log for April 27, 9:07 p.m., So 7th & Elrod, “recovered stolen vehicle & warrant service,” Jesse Lee Cantrell charged with UUV, “Cantrell transported to CCJ.” Also, CBPD served Curry Co. SO warrant on 48-year old Nathanial Joseph Overbey charging FTA on Theft III, “Overbey cited in lieu of custody.”
