Randie Bowen walked out of Wal-mart with a basket of merchandise. Rich Joyner was with her. They are in a black truck, license plate 211MMK, Andrew Powell is the driver. All three were permanently trespassed from Walmart. Bowen was arrested, cited for Theft 2 and released back into the wild. I bet they'll never do that again.
