Reports of a silver F-150 eluding CBPD, driving 85 MPH west bound on Newmark by Walmart. A few moments later, the vehicle crashes at the intersection of Newmark and Schoneman. The driver, Cameron Abel, flees the scene, leaving his female passenger, Kendra LaCroix, in pain and to fend for herself. As more police arrive on scene, Jordan Edwards decides it is a good time to shoplift at the Empire 7-11, with 7 police cruisers surrounding the immediate area. Jordan is taken into custody, showing local police can multitask multiple investigations at the same time. Police, continuing the investigation of the suspect eluding CBPD, discover Abel’s cell phone automatically called 911 due to the phone recognizing it was involved in a car accident. Police find Abel, detain him and take him to city hall for DUII evaluation. Police also discover the plates on the vehicle do not belong on that pickup. Jordan was cited and released for theft 3.

Reports of a man with a knife walking up and down Washington Avenue. When police arrive, they find 29-year old Jordan Michael Edwards who is charged as Felon in Possession of Restricted Weapon. Edwards was transported to CCJ just to be booked & released.
