NBPD responded to report of suspicious subjects. 25-year old Jocelyn Rose Romona Fisher arrested on CBPD warrant charging FTA on Criminal Trespass I & Theft II. 27-year old Joey Gene Midcap arrested on Douglas County warrant charging FTA on Traffic Offense. Both subjects were transported to CCJ and lodged.
