Reports of a prowler in the back yard of a residence. Another caller reports someone acting very suspicious in the same area and possibly high on drugs. Police arrive on scene and find the suspect at the holy redeemer church. The suspect was standing on something and removing Christmas lights from the church. The suspect throws those lights at the officer and then runs. The officer deploys his taser and police take him into custody. Nicholas ends up being charged with 2 counts of trespass 2, disorderly conduct, assault on a police officer and criminal mischief 3. More charges will probably be added.
