On August 22, 2025, Bandon Police Officers arrested two individuals on felony warrants during separate contacts in the City of Bandon. ARRESTED/TENNEY, BRIAN S (53 years old, of Bandon) At approximately 2220 hours, Officer Macy was conducting foot patrol in Old Town when he located Brian S Tenney near the Old Town Tap & Grill. Dispatch confirmed that Tenney had an active felony warrant out of Coos County Circuit Court with full nationwide extradition. The warrant included over 370 total charges, such as: 5 counts of Animal Neglect in the First Degree 315 counts of Animal Neglect in the Second Degree Additional animal-related charges listed on the warrant Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Cocaine Unlawful Possession of a Machine Gun Reckless Endangering Another Person Racketeering After confirmation of the warrant, Officer Macy took Tenney into custody without incident and transported him to the Coos County Jail. ARRESTED/BECKNER, EDITH S (30 years old, of Bandon) At approximately 2308 hours, Officer Price contacted Edith S Beckner near City Hall. Dispatch confirmed Beckner also had an active felony warrant out of Coos County Circuit Court with full nationwide extradition. The warrant included over 350 total charges, such as: 5 counts of Animal Neglect in the First Degree 315 counts of Animal Neglect in the Second Degree Additional animal-related charges listed on the warrant Racketeering Reckless Endangering Another Person After confirmation of the warrant, Officer Price placed Beckner under arrest and transported her to the Coos County Jail without incident. The Bandon Police Department commends Officer Macy and Officer Price for their proactive work and commitment to public safety. Both Tenney and Beckner remain in custody at the Coos County Jail. These charges are related to Oregon State Police investigation at West Coast Game Park.

UPDATE - At approximately 9:15 AM on May 27, 2025, the Bandon Police Department arrested 52-year-old Brian Tenney in connection with the SCINT investigation and a Probable Cause issued by the Coos County Sheriff’s Office. Tenney was transported to Coos County Jail on charges of methamphetamine possession, manufacturing, and attempted distribution. On May 15, 2025, the South Coast Interagency Narcotics Team (SCINT) collaborated with the Oregon State Police, Oregon Humane Society, Oregon Department of Agriculture, Internal Revenue Service, and Oregon Department of Justice to execute multiple search warrants at the West Coast Game Park. During the operation, SCINT members discovered approximately 80 grams of methamphetamine. Based on this finding, SCINT Detective B. Davis obtained an additional search warrant targeting evidence of controlled substance crimes at the same location. The operation yielded 44 firearms, including one modified into a machine gun, approximately 8 grams of cocaine, and roughly $1.6 million in cash, cashier’s checks, bonds, and certificates.
