Reports of a disorderly subject on north fifth street. Police arrive on scene and find Matthew Bynum extremely under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Matthew is complaining that he was bit by a spider and spiders are crawling out of him. One of Matthew’s parole stipulations is no intoxicating substances.
