Assaulted a deaf man in the park. The jail won’t take him because he says he is high. He is being released. His PO wants him to contact him tomorrow. He can’t go to the hospital to be evaluated because in the past he runs off and hides in the bathroom. So the hospital won’t evaluate him anymore. He has been given a 30 day exclusion from Jon toppits park.
