John Thomas Twyman arrested on two CBPD warrants charging FTA on two-counts Menacing, Harassment, Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree, two-counts Disorderly Conduct II & FTA 2nd Degree. Twyman was transported to CCJ to be booked & released.
