Justin Lancey arrested just a few blocks from his home by CBPD on warrants charging FTA on Criminal Driving While Suspended or Revoked & FTA on FTA on Criminal Citation. Lancey was transported to CCJ to be booked & released so he can FTA again on his FTA warrant for FTAing.
