Career criminal Troy Newsted arrested by CCSO for Driving While Suspended in his black Jeep (485HAE) at TNT Market in Eastside. Additional charge of Possession of Meth and transported to CCJ just to be booked and released. He was contacted earlier in the day while parked on Isthmus Heights Rd with stolen registration tags. He has been seen trespassing on several properties in the area.
