•••Coos Bay man jumps out trailer window and attempts to flee but is ultimately arrested on two counts of Violation of a Restraining Order••• On October 14th, 2023 at 11:15 a.m. Deputy H. Francis responded to an address on Carlisle Lane to attempt to locate Jesse R. Phillips (43) of Coos Bay, who had probable cause issued for his arrest on the charge of violation of a restraining order. Upon arrival, Deputies contacted a woman who insinuated Jesse R. Phillips was hiding from law enforcement inside the trailer. During the investigation, Mr. Phillips dove out the trailer window and attempted to hide under the trailer in thick mud. Deputies were ultimately able to take Mr. Phillips into custody. Jesse R. Phillips (43) of Coos Bay was arrested on the original charge he had probable cause for (Violation of a Restraining Order). Mr. Phillips was charged with a second count of Violation of a Restraining Order for events stemming from his arrest. Mr. Phillips was transported to the Coos County Jail, where he was booked and remains in custody.
