Deputies get in a brief pursuit with Elmer Cozad. Once stopped, the deputy holds Elmer at gunpoint until backup arrives. There are cautions that this sex offender will never go back to jail and will do whatever it takes to not go back to jail. Looks like he can’t keep his promises, which is normal for these ferals. All talk, but cowards when it comes down to it.
