Report of an illegal camper being combative with employees and refusing to leave. CBPD finds Meaghan Stiverson just inside the east entrance to the Water Board property and she is holding a knife and shouting. Officers pull their tasers and she eventually puts the knife down. Stiverson arrested for Criminal Trespass II & Disorderly Conduct II, and is transported to CCJ.
