A bandon police officer once again gets behind a motorcycle that flees. This is the second night in a row. This time he starts on 101 near Bethel Mountain lane and ends up at 101 and New Lake, due to the motorcycle having mechanical issues. The Bandon officer quickly forces the subject off the bike and into the ground and detains him. Aiden Windhurst, the woman beater, is the registered owner of the license plate - M/8 61419 - which does not match the VIN on the motorcycle. The return on the VIN discovers it is a 2010 Yamaha stolen out of Klamath Falls back in October 2024. Seems like Bandon is where a lot of the stolen vehicles end up. Michael Farnham is the operator of the motorcycle. Bandon PD is amazing. They do not end a pursuit until they catch the person or lose the person. Police on scene had to dispatch medical out because Farnham was crying about his knee hurting. This is the second time Farnham has fled on a motorcycle and wrecked. He might want to start stealing something with less power. Maybe a 50 cc is more his speed. Farnham is charged with elude, felon in possession of a stolen weapon, UUMV and DWS. Farnham’s PO also added a detainer.
