48-year old Hilary Barker charged with Criminal Trespass I & Theft II. Also, 54-year old Robert Liggett arrested on NBPD warrant for Theft II, additional charge of Theft II. Barker was transported to CCJ to be booked & released. Liggett was cited in lieu of custody and released.
