NBPD responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at a park. 44-year old Rosa May Dockery charged with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, and warrant for Probation Violation on Unlawful Possession of Meth. Also, 46-year old Scott Allen Warmoth charged with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Warmoth cited in lieu of custody and released. Dockery transported CCJ just to be booked & released.
