Reports of Martinez with warrants for failure to appear on charges stemming from when he stole the K9 university cart. Police locate him on Devereux property(trespassing, since it is a Sunday) and he flees over the fence and into the wooded area. Police have a perimeter set up and K-9 tracking. Unable to locate Martinez and police put out a probable cause warrant for elude. Martinez then posts this on Facebook: "Well after todays fun and run with local pigs I am in the car now on the road to Arizona fuck u cops I will be back in a few years I think 7 so fuck u and good bye....."
