27-year old Timara Carolanne Lee arrested on two CBPD warrants charging FTA on Theft in the First Degree; FTA in the First Degree; FTA in the 2nd Degree; also NBPD warrant for FTA on Failure to Perform Duties of a Driver-Property Damage. Lee was transported to CCJ just to be booked & released.
